Exchange & Refund Policy

Dear Customers,

We understand that items purchase online might be not be as what you expected.
To be fair we provide an exchange or refund policy for customer who wish to return the items purchased.
Please follow the policy stated and write an e-mail to us within 3 days upon receipt of item ordered.

Please state on the e-mail the following,

1) Are you going to exchange or refund the item?
2) Reason for exchange or refund
3) Sale order confirmation and receipt number
4) Your contact

We will respond within 3 workings days upon receipt of e-mail and make the necessary arrange with you to exchange or refund the product.

Please do not send back the item until we confirm the exchange or refund.


Exchange
A one time exchange is allowed within 3 days upon receipt of the item ordered.

Exchange can only be allowed if:
1) Item delivered is different from ordered
2) Item size ordered does not fit
3) Item is staint/soiled/torn upon received

Please take note exchanging for other items are allowed too, but have to be of same value or less.
Should you wish to exchange an item which is of higher value, topping up of cash will be necessary.
Exchange item must not be worn or washed before.
All postage charges shall be beared by Customers.

* As we only hold a small quantity of stock, item to be exchanged might be out of stock. In such cases, we will try our best to provide alternative items similar to the product purchased. If you are unable to accept the alternative, we will provide a refund to you after deducting a $2.00 administrative charge.

Refund
A one time refund is allowed within 3 days upon receipt of the item ordered.
. We regret that only 80% of sales amount will be refunded.

Refund can only be allowed if:
1) Item is staint/soiled/torn upon received

All postage charges shall be beared by Customers.
